In requesting a reservation with Stonehenge Touring Park you are agreeing to the following:
To follow and adhere to the rules and information.
You have read the access statement.
You have read the guidance on electric hook-up for caravans & tents.
A non refundable deposit of £5 per unit per night is required to reserve a pitch for 2 or more nights.
Bookings for 1 night - Payment in full is required at the time of the booking confirmation.
Cancellation of a 1 night booking more than 14 days prior to arrival, will incur a £5 fee and the balance refunded. If the cancellation is made with less than 14 days of arrival then there will be no refund.
A reservation has not been accepted until a deposit or payment is made and a confirmation email has been sent showing the dates booked and the payments made.
An arrival time is requested on acceptance of the booking, if you do not arrive by this agreed time or do not inform us prior to this time then the pitch and booking will be forfeited with no refund given.
Pitches are available from 11 am and must be vacated by 11 am on your departure day.
We cater primarily for family holidays but do allow single-sex groups, over 18 years of age, at our discretion.
Latest arrival time will be 9 pm or at dusk, whichever is the sooner, please ask about this time when booking.
All guests must report to reception on arrival.
In the event that you decide to vacate your pitch early i.e. before your due leaving date, no refund will be paid.
On a 3 day public/bank holiday weekend (Saturday, Sunday & Monday) our minimum booking is for 2 nights and on a 4 day public/bank holiday weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday) our minimum booking is for 3 nights.
On public/bank holiday weekends and at the summer solstice, the balance of any pitch fees due are required to be paid in full at least 14 days prior to arrival, failure to do so will result in the booking being cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
After payment in full has been made, should you cancel, amend or not adhere to condition 7, there will be no refund.
Reservations can only be made by persons over 18 years of age and who are a member of the party.
Special Requests (e.g. for adjacent pitches). These cannot be guaranteed, but every effort will be made to satisfy them.
Generators of any description are noisy and therefore not permitted to be used.
All tents, caravans, motorhomes, cars and other vehicles are parked entirely at the visitors risk. The proprietors take no responsibility for any loss or damage to any tent or vehicle and their contents.
Any person who, in the view of the proprietors, causes undue disturbance or fails to keep dogs under control will be asked to leave. Refunds will not be given.
